Wellbeing - ‘Pause’ Gong Baths.

I have brought together my music practice with my wellbeing knowledge and have been training in sound relaxation running one to one and evening group sessions. The aim is to teach people the importance of self care which I have needed so immensely this year because I am caring for both my parents and my 10 year old sister. I did not really understand why self care was so important until I burnt out completely and could not work. I now schedule in time by myself and can no longer live without it. I create calm and relaxing spaces for people to rest and take time by themselves. I do this by playing music and supporting them through words to relax.
